Worst bank ever?
BBVA Compass - By far one of the worst Banks around. Tell us your horor stories about your dealings with BBVA Compass Bank! Maybe if we complain enought they will start to change things!
my account got compromised and someone basically used a different card to take money from my account. I filed a complaint which they were hesitant to take refunded the money in couple of days then took it back 2 month later without giving a reason to why. I have had the same account fort 15 years but until bbva took over I never thought that a bank could get this bad. My advice to anyone considering bbva compass bank run away and if you have an account with bbva compass bank you are not as protected as you may think you are. They will do everything to not give you the legal visa insurance that supposedly comes with every card so you are better of using cash and putting your money under your matress. BBVA compass moto is the worst bank ever really they are undermining the whole trust issue with a bank.
Hate is not a strong enough word for how I feel about this bank. They charged me an NSF fee for not having enough funds to cover an auto transfer between my own checking & savings account.
